Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation at least 21 days prior to arrival is free of charge and you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit. -In case of cancellation less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the visitor is not entitled to a refund of the deposit, based on the type of room he has chosen.
-For cancellation on arrival, during stay or no show, the visitor is charged 100% of the stay based on the type of room he has chosen. Augusta Villa Crete reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of no-show

Augusta is in a unique location, in the center of a vast property, away from anything that can bother your vacation and close to adventures, relaxation and exclusivity.

Augusta Villa Crete is located 2.5 km away from the village of Deres and 11 km from the beautiful beach of Maleme. Nearby, there is also the Tavronitis beach. The overcrowded and cosmopolitan beach of Platanias with many shops and dining options is 18 km away. It is also worth visiting the holy Church of Agios Dimitrios at 19 km. Chania International Airport is 42 km from the villa property.

Best location, gorgeous villa, lovely host!

Everything was perfect, absolutely gorgeous location with the best views you could ever get!
The host and host family were so generous, left us breakfast for our stay, along with enough homemade cake to last a life time, local made wine, plus other generous offers!

Augusta Crete is a diamond in the rough!

Words cannot express our wonderful experience at Augusta Crete Traditional Home. This property is secluded and perched high up on a mountain on a working olive farm. It has been the highlight of our 5 week vacation through Greece so far as it was a romantic adventure with a hint of mystery. He met us with gifts of food, raki, wine, and recommendations for local dining in the nearby village where we had our best meals ever and made several new friends. We can honestly say that Manolis, his family, and village are the most welcoming and warm hearted people we have met on our travels.
